Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE:

Packages must be retrieved and opened within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for returns, refunds, or store credit.

Photos of all damaged plants and actual shipping box received (all 4 sides) showing damages are required for any replacements or refunds within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

If the tracking information for your order shows a "delivered" status, but you have not actually received your order, contact us within 24 hours to place a claim. We will not accept any claims for refunds that have not been reported within this time frame.

Full and correct delivery address entered by customer is required to qualify for delivery refunds. Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, suite numbers, apartment numbers, floor number will not qualify for refund.

REPLACEMENTS: Only the replacement plant(s) will be included in a replacement shipment if still available. We will not add any additional plants to a replacement shipment. If replacement plants are not available, we can offer you store credit or refund back to your method of payment.
No substitutions will be sent; any replacements will match the original plant variety. Replacement option cannot be combined with store credit option.
ITEMS NOT COVERED FOR REFUNDS:

Dried or wilted bottom leaves on the bottom are normal these occur naturally in all plants; Please easily pulled off, with tweezer recommended, this with help not damage the plant

Potting soil on leaves can easily be washed off with first watering or blow lightly

A few fallen, broken, missing, or wilted leaves, as long as there are healthy leaves intact. During shipping it is normal for some leaves/petals to fall off.

Minor scraps and bruises. Succulents are very tender. Minor scraps and bruises on leaves/petals is just nature and normal as they are tender/soft plants. When packing we use gloves so plants are not damaged during the shipping process. Please use extreme care when removing plants from shipping box.

Minor color / shape differences from photograph in product listings. No two plants are ever exactly the same. Succulents many succulents change color / shape continuously depending on light exposure

Assorted products that differ from product photograph, e.g. sets and trays are selected by us, they will never be exactly as pictures but plant types/species in photos will be sent

We will not be held responsible for your neglection, over watering, under watering of plants received. Please follow recommendation cards provided in your package for care instructions

Plants received should be potted in succulent soil only. We do not recommend using anything else but water on your plants. IF you use fertilizers, pest sprays of oils on plants this we will not be held responsible for damages this may incur
WHAT TO DO IF THERE’S AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER:
If you have any of the issues covered by our guarantee, please follow these steps within 48hours of delivery:

We will respond within 2 business days via email at which time we will photos of damages incurred for review.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Upon receipt of products, please allow up to 30 days for claim response or refund.
