CHANGING or CANCELLING ORDERS
You can request changes or cancellation of your order up to one day (24 hours) after order is placed. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please use the Contact Us Page located on this Website or Call Us at 347-528-8755 within this time frame. Sorry their are no exceptions as plants are prepared for shipping 24 hours after order is received.
COUPONS & PROMOTIONS
We do not honor coupons OR promotions from 3rd party coupon websites. Maximum one (1) coupon/promotion code per order and coupon codes cannot be stacked; Coupons/Promotions cannot be used on sale or clearance-price items.

Winter Shipping
We strive to ensure safe shipping to all areas during the winter months. To protect your plants from freezing temperatures, we recommend adding one of our affordable heat packs to your order, especially if you live in a colder region. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any cold damage to packages that do not include a heat pack. Thank you for your understanding. We do our best to ship to all parts of the country during the winter, and we take measures to protect the plants from freezing during shipping. However, temperatures can be highly unpredictable during the cold months. Therefore, if you live in a cold winter area, we highly recommend adding one of our low cost shipping warmer heat packs to your order.
Please note Elevated Succulents is not responsible for cold damage to packages without the purchase of a heat pack.
WINTER & FALL APPEARANCE NOTICE: Most succulents shipped in winter and spring are dormant or semi-dormant. With proper care they will all flourish as the temperatures warm up in the spring and summer.
Summer Shipping
Succulents may arrive looking a bit stretched or faded after being in a dark shipping box for several days, especially during the growing season. Rest assured, they will recover quickly once taken out of the box and slowly introduced to sunlight over 1-2 weeks. For those who want plants to look pristine upon arrival, we suggest opting for expedited shipping from mid-June to mid-September, particularly if you're on the east coast. Alternatively, you can request a later shipping date at checkout if you're concerned about extreme heat. Thank you!
No International Shipping
Due to strict import and export regulations on rooted plants, we do not offer international shipping.
