Quality Guarantee Details

The vast majority of our orders are delivered smoothly. However, due to the intricate process of packing and shipping live plants, occasional issues may arise. For these rare situations, we proudly offer Quality Guarantee to all our customers: Our plants and products are inspected and ensured to be in superior quality, well-rooted (unless cuttings have been ordered), and free from disease or pests before shipping. If your plants did not arrive in these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and describe the issue in detail with photos.  We will provide you with a RMA number to return the plant(s) and you may choose from the following options:

• Store gift card for the full amount paid

• Refund to your credit card

• Replacement plants (when possible)​

 

This guarantee covers all plants and products for up to 48 hours following delivery.

This guarantee does NOT cover the following conditions:

• Dried or wilted bottom leaves (naturally occurring in all plants; can be easily pulled off, with tweezers without damaging the plant)

• Potting soil on petals or leaves (easily washed off with first watering)

• A couple of broken, missing, or wilted leaves, as long as the majority of leaves remain intact

• Minor color / shape differences from photograph in product listings; many succulents change color / shape continuously depending on the season and climate

• Assorted products that differ from product photograph (e.g. sets and trays selection is our choice depending on stock)​

 

Please Note:  we cannot offer any guarantee/warranty on our plant products past the 48 hour window period. Please make sure to inspect your plant(s) thoroughly.

 

Please understand these are live plants and we cannot guarantee products once they have been accepted due to customers neglect, over watering, under watering, too much or to little sun/light exposure, wrong soil used, over fertilizing, or the use of pesticides.  Caring for succulents is quite easy. Please refer to our care guides to properly care for your plant and you will see your plant thrive for many many years.
